EXTERIOR PAINTING

- POWER WASHING is an important step in preparing your home. This removes layers of dirt, dust and mildew. We offer TSP-treated waterpower to help kill mold and mildew.
- HAND SCRAPING, all loose paint must be removed after power washing. We scrape and wire brush to remove all peeling, bubbling or loose paint.
- MINOR WOOD REAIRS performed on all loose boards, which we nail down, and any rotten wood is repaired or replaced.
- SPOT PRIMING of all high impact areas and areas with bare wood that require a coat of paint. In older homes or in some situations a full coat of primer may be required at and additional charge.
- CAULKING is performed in all seams, joints and nail holes. All windows and entrances are carefully caulked to properly seal your home from the elements.
- FINISH COAT will be applied after completing the above five-step processes. We will apply one coat of Sherwin Williams Exterior 25 Year Super Paint which is fade and mildew resistant. An additional coat may be needed in major color changes.
- SPECIAL TOUCHES done on front doors, garage doors, window trim, shutters, wood and rod iron fences in the stains or colors you select.
